  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and may change without prior notice.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or Cash on Delivery (COD) confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

3. Payment

  • We accept multiple payment methods including Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket), and Online Payment (where available).

  • All payments must be completed before shipping, except for COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver products across Bangladesh via reliable courier services.

  • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days depending on your location.

  • Delivery charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

  • VelvetRush is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of skincare products, returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, expired, or wrong item.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with proper proof (photo/video).

  • Refunds will be processed after product verification. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. User Accounts

  • Customers may create an account for easier ordering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in fraudulent activity.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of VelvetRush and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • VelvetRush is not responsible for any skin reactions, allergies, or side effects. Always do a patch test before using skincare products.

২. পণ্য ও অর্ডার

  • আমরা শুধুমাত্র অরিজিনাল ও ইম্পোর্টেড স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।

  • সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে নির্ধারিত এবং পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

  • সফল পেমেন্ট বা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) কনফার্মেশন ছাড়া কোনো অর্ডার নিশ্চিত নয়।

  • পণ্যের অনুপলব্ধতা, ভুল মূল্য, বা প্রতারণামূলক কার্যকলাপের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।

৩. পেমেন্ট

  • আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট) এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য) গ্রহণ করি।

  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি ছাড়া সব অর্ডারের জন্য পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।

৪. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি

  • আমরা বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করি।

  • সাধারণত ডেলিভারি সময় ২-৫ কর্মদিবস, অবস্থানভেদে সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে এবং চেকআউট পেজে প্রদর্শিত হবে।

  • কুরিয়ার বিলম্ব, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য VelvetRush দায়ী নয়।

৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

  • স্কিনকেয়ার পণ্যের প্রকৃতির কারণে শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হবে।

  • পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি/ভিডিও সহ আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

  • রিফান্ড পণ্য যাচাইয়ের পর প্রক্রিয়া করা হবে। শিপিং চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৬. ইউজার একাউন্ট

  • সহজ অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহকরা একাউন্ট তৈরি করতে পারবেন। একাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

  • প্রতারণামূলক কাজে যুক্ত একাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।

৭. মেধাস্বত্ব

  • এই ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কনটেন্ট যেমন লোগো, টেক্সট, গ্রাফিক্স ও ছবি VelvetRush এর মালিকানাধীন। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।

৮. দায়সীমা

  • VelvetRush কোনো ধরনের স্কিন রিঅ্যাকশন, অ্যালার্জি বা পার্শ্বপ্রতিক্রিয়ার জন্য দায়ী নয়। পণ্য ব্যবহারের আগে সবসময় প্যাচ টেস্ট করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

  • পণ্যের কার্যকারিতা ব্যক্তি ভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে, আমরা কোনো নির্দিষ্ট ফলাফলের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না।
